Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Senior Trader to lead our new trading team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in day trading and quantitative analysis, with a successful track record in developing and executing trading strategies. You will manage your trades and provide leadership to the team, ensuring daily operations meet performance goals.Requirements8-10 years in financial markets trading, focusing on manual day trading and team leadership.Proven experience in managing trading teams.Strong expertise in quantitative trading and statistical analysis for spot and futures markets.Proficient in interpreting market data, trends, and real-time news for swift trading decisions.Deep understanding of market mechanics and economic indicators, particularly in cryptocurrency.Expertise in risk management and disciplined decision-making across multiple traders.Strong analytical skills to identify short-term trading opportunities in volatile markets.Experience in setting and monitoring team performance metrics, including profit targets.Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.Extensive experience with crypto trading platforms (e.g., Binance, Kraken, Bitfinex).Experience with Python, R, or similar languages for quantitative strategy development.Deep knowledge of technical indicators and algorithmic trading systems.
