Job Summary
Job Title: Platforms Busines Analyst (Financial Services/Financial Markets) – Cape Town
Key
Responsibilities:
Financial Expertise: Apply knowledge of financial products, pensions, retirement funds, and capital markets to support key projects and decisions.
Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, manage timelines, and coordinate with teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Design & Innovation: Contribute to product design and user experience, providing ideas to improve client engagement.
Data Management: Use Excel to manage data, create financial models, and deliver actionable insights.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and teams to keep everyone informed and aligned.
Organization: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in financial markets, preferably in fintech or financial services.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Experience with design or wireframing tools is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Basic understanding of financial systems and platforms is helpful.
