Job Summary

Duties included, but are not limited to:
- Full accounting function up to trail balance
- Debtors & Creditors (Invoicing , recons, collections)
- Processing from bank statements and petty cash
- Supplier invoice processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Scrutinisation of general ledger to identify outlying transactions
- Daily cash flow management and forecasting
- Inventory reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset register ( depreciation / insurance )
- VAT reporting and submission
- PAYE reporting and submission
- Monthly management reporting and feedback
- Imports Related Accounting
- Financial Statements
- Liaise with bank and auditors
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification is a B Com Accounting degree with SAIPA articles
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Own transport with valid driver`s license.
- Proficient Excel knowledge
