Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client, an investment company, is actively seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Claremont, Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management process, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure that all projects are aligned with the companys strategic goals and business priorities.
- Monitor industry trends and currency market shifts to anticipate potential impacts on project planning.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in business administration, project management, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within the financial or currency exchange industry.
- Experience with managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry, preferably in financial services, banking, or foreign exchange.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and project lifecycle management.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar tools).
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
