Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Debt Review Collections Agent to handle client queries, maintain accurate records, and ensure comprehensive resolution of issues to retain clients. The position is based in Wynberg, Cape Town. Responsibilities include managing communications via various channels, verifying client file completeness, and collecting outstanding documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and debt review software (e.g., Finwise) is required, along with customer service and sales experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming queries from clients.Ensure accurate information is captured in the systems (Tracker and ADA).Verify the completeness of the clients file to prevent future issues.Address any incomplete files or issues promptly or escalate them to your supervisor.Communicate effectively with clients regarding their payments.Handle queries received through various channels (phone, email, in-person).Handle objections from clients intending to cancel the program.Resolve queries comprehensively to retain clients.Collect outstanding documents from clients (e.g., ID and payment records).
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with debt review software (e.g., Finwise).Experience in customer service and sales.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Multilingual skills are advantageous.
