Job Summary
ð??? Whats the Purpose? Youll be responsible for: Performing precise Cash, Asset Position, and Trade Processing reconciliations . Managing exceptions by investigating and resolving unmatched items swiftly. Collaborating with stakeholders to clear breaks and ensure balance. ð??? What Youll Do Ensure Compliance: Follow all policies, processes, and regulations. Master Reconciliations: Use tools like Intellimatch, BizWise, and MS Office to match and resolve item breaks. Drive Improvements: Evaluate processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Generate Reports: Compile and share insightful management and client reports. Collaborate & Support: Liaise with internal and external teams to resolve discrepancies and guide new team members. Cash Reconciliation : Knowledge and practical application of tools and processes to check that physical cash reserves are reflected accurately in the financial records. Reconciling Financial Records: The ability to check financial entries in multiple systems to ensure that transactions and records are kept in sync and that they have been recorded appropriately. ð??? What Were Looking For Education: Diploma in Finance and Accounting ( Required ). Bachelors degree in finance and accounting ( Preferred ). Experience: 2-3 years in the CIS industry , with knowledge of financial instruments and reconciliations. Proficiency in Fund Accounting systems and MS Office. Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
