Responsibilities:
Engage & Excite: Become the face of the brand as you interact with customers in-store, offering personalized advice, product demos, and making their shopping experience unforgettable. Mission-Driven Sales: Hit your targets with style as you identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions, and actively drive sales on the shop floor. Become a Product Expert: Stay ahead of the curve by immersing yourself in the latest trends and product knowledge to provide expert-level insights and recommendations. Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the store team to ensure smooth operations and maintain a high energy level. Your success is built on teamwork, enthusiasm, and support. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied and empowered with the perfect products for their needs. Skills & Qualifications: Matric Certificate (NSC) or equivalent. NQF Level 4 qualification or higher. A passion for people, products, and all things retail Excellent communication skillswhether in-person or over the phone, youre a natural at engaging others. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment. Self-motivated and driven by results but also a true team player.
