Job Summary
Reports To: Sales and Marketing Director Department: Sales and Marketing
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to businesses to verify and update contact information in the company`s database.
- Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of existing business data, including contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other relevant details.
- Qualification Criteria: Use predefined criteria to qualify businesses based on their relevance to the company`s target audience.
- Data Entry: Enter and update information accurately in the company`s CRM or database system.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions and updates made during the database cleansing process.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with contacts to ensure the collection of accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communication of Changes: Communicate any changes or updates to the database to relevant teams within the organization.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on data trends, common issues, and potential improvements to enhance the overall quality of the database.
