Job Summary
About the Role This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth project execution, and driving business growth. Must possess strong leadership skills, have a hands-on management approach, the ability to influence and motivate a challenging workforce. uphold operational excellence while inspiring your team to perform at their best. have the financial acumen to manage budgets and complex reporting and excel at improving systems, maintaining compliance, and driving efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Develop and implement effective operational strategies, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality control. Team Leadership: Build, lead and manage a workshop team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-performance teams. Project Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion, adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams through clear, concise, and effective communication. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, leveraging diverse skills and expertise.
Requirements:
Education: Engineering related qualification. Experience: 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar appointment. Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Licenses/Certifications: Possession of a Code B license.
