Job Summary
Our client based in Durban is looking to hire a Sales Executive with the flexibility for some remote work
In this full-time role, you`ll be responsible for:
- Prospecting new customers and generating leads
- Proven Experience in Sales & Business Development
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing excellent customer service
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric / Senior Certificate or equivalent (Minimum)
- Proficient in MS Office (All packages)
- No Criminal Record
- Must have 1 2 years sales experience
Candidate profile:
- Own reliable vehicle as this is an on the road sales position
- Candidate needs to be a vibrant individual that will adapt to the already-existing energetic and fast paced environment
- Strong Sales ability coupled with business acumen
- Excellent presentation skills
- Communication skills
- Decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to formulate, set and manage goals and objectives
- Ability to cope with high pressure levels and manage stress effectively
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Strong relationship building, account planning and process competence skills
Salary:
- Month 1 – Basic R16 000 + R4000 commission guarantee + cellphone
- Month 2 – Basic R16 000 + R4000 commission guarantee + cellphone
- Month 3 – Basic R16 000 + R2000 commission guarantee + commission + cellphone
- Month 4 – Basic of R16 000 plus commission.
