Job Title: Recruiter (Technical)
Location: Centurion – Hennopspark
Salary:

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ Years of Experience Recruiting in a Technical Environment (preferably engineering field)
- A basic understanding of engineering disciplines

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in conducting technical interviews
- Ability to match the best technical candidates with the right engineering roles
- 5+ Years of Experience Recruiting in an engineering field.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Talent sourcing & recruitment
- Staying updated with trends in the engineering industry and understand the demand for specific engineering skills
- Organise and coordinate interviews with HR & hiring manager
- Work closely with managers understand their hiring needs and job requirements
- Keeping candidates informed and provide timely feedback
- Establishing strong relationships with universities and engineering groups
