A degree or tertiary education in design, fashion, or a related field is preferred. Ability to develop innovative and trend-forward designs for girls and ladies footwear. Understanding of footwear construction and materials. Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into designs. Work closely with merchandisers and senior designers to bring concepts to life. Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
