Job Summary
Sourcing Specialist required for a reputable company based in Centurion , Gauteng
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in procurement software and tools Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to reduce procurement costs Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
