Job Summary
Job Description: Retail Sales ExecutivesWe are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executives to join our team in Bellville Cape Town, South Africa. As an entry-level position, this is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerAchieve sales targets by promoting and selling our products to customersBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsKeep up-to-date with product knowledge and featuresHandle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure the store is clean and well-organized at all timesWork collaboratively with team members to achieve store targetsAttend training sessions and team meetings as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologiesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysSales experience is a plus but not requiredIf you are a self-starter who is passionate about sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
