Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities within private markets across Sub-Saharan Africa.Develop sophisticated financial models and conduct detailed financial analyses for investment evaluation.Support mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration strategies.Collaborate with senior leadership on capital raising, debt structuring, and strategic planning.Analyze data to forecast trends and guide decision-making in emerging markets.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters or CFA preferred).Minimum 3 years experience in financial analysis, market research, or investment banking.Expertise in private market analysis with emerging market experience, especially in online education or property sectors.
