A leading production company in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, renowned for delivering high-quality products to market are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations and strategy. Job Overview:
As the CFO, you will oversee all financial aspects of the business, ensuring the company`s financial health and stability while driving strategic decision-making. You will play a critical role in managing financial risks, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance across the organization.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy to support long-term business objectives.
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with production and operational teams to optimize cost management and improve profitability.
- Lead risk management initiatives, including internal controls, audits, and insurance.
- Provide strategic financial insights and guidance to the executive leadership team.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate financial management, ideally within the FMCG or production sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
- Expertise in managing complex budgets, cost analysis, and financial modelling.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Note: Based in UNDERBERG, must be prepared to relocate and reside in Underberg.
