Job Summary

Manage the company’s cash flow by monitoring cash balances and minimizing net interest costs
Maintain and update all bank mandates
Oversee cash management systems, including online banking and treasury management systems
Monitor and rationalize bank accounts across the group
Manage operational banking arrangements, including facilities and trade finance usage
Maintain and update treasury-related documentation, including intra-group loans, banking facilities, and ISDAs
Prepare regular reports and analysis on treasury deliverables, including working capital, cash management, and forecasting

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Studying toward AMCT or an accounting qualification
Minimum 2+ years of experience in treasury or finance, with a solid understanding of cash and risk management principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Self-starter with flexibility to engage in diverse tasks and manage priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders

Qualification:
Relevant bachelor’s degree and progress toward further qualifications (e.g., AMCT or accounting certification)

Job Description:
As the Treasury Analyst, your duties and responsibilities includes the following:

Job Summary

Manage global cash visibility, forecast planning, and weekly cash position reporting
Execute daily cash and FX management, including FX trading with approved banks
Investigate and resolve cash management issues promptly
Oversee cash concentration, funding, and daily cash pool reconciliations
Ensure accurate settlement of Treasury transactions and reconcile daily cash variances
Run the global intercompany netting program monthly
Distribute FX and interest rates for use across finance and non-finance teams
Liaise with banking partners for payment and account-related matters
Record and maintain Treasury transactions, including funding, FX trades, and credit facility management
Execute and document group FX hedging activities
Prepare Treasury and management reports, including bank and lender compliance reports
 
Additional Support:
Assist with Treasury projects and audit-related requests
Support issuance of Trade Letters of Credit, guarantees, credit cards, and related documentation
 
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Forex and cash management operations
A minimum of 1-2 years of specialist treasury experience in a dedicated treasury role
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment

Qualification:
Tertiary education in accounting and/or finance
