Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical and visual inspection of a wide variety of incoming, in-process, and final assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, and parts.
- Ensure conformance to specifications by utilizing various inspection criteria, equipment, regulations, and standards.
- Identify non-conforming materials and initiate Non-conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Provide training to colleagues as required.
- Conduct surface treatment of mechanical components following set operating procedures.
- Safely operate laser engraving equipment using the correct templates to ensure accurate serialization of components.
- Update the ERP system with all relevant information.
Qualifications and Experience:
- National Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- IPC certification is beneficial.
