Job Summary
Our client is looking for a youthful and trainable Payroll Assistant to join the growing Milnerton team. You will be responsible for capturing and updating files, assisting in catching up on work overflow, preparing payroll and assisting in the team wherever needed. We are looking for someone who is able to maintain the strictest confidentiality and who has had some experience in a payroll department.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Strong administrative background
An understanding of payroll
Excellent computer skills
Stable work history
Contactable references
You will need the following documents and experience to apply.
- A FULL CV in Word or PDF format – Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving
- Qualification Certificates (Matric minimum)
- A valid Driver’s License
- A recent photograph of yourself
- 3 months of payslips
- Names and contact numbers for at least 2 References
