Job Summary

Requirements:
– A bachelor’s degree is preferred
– Experience with Aderant Expert software
– Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Fundamentals
– Microsoft Certified: SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) Associate
– ITIL Foundation Certification (for understanding service management)
– VMware Certified Professional (VCP) – if familiar with virtualization
– Microsoft Certified: PowerShell Automation and Scripting
– Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certifications
– Certifications in Python, JavaScript, or other scripting languages (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Python Developer)
Key Responsibilities
– Implement software solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
– Conduct quality assurance checks on implemented solutions.
– Provide technical consultation to project teams and clients.
– Develop and maintain documentation for technical solutions and implementation processes.
– Facilitate system upgrades and ensure smooth transitions.
– Assist with technical support as needed during implementations.
– Research and resolve client technical issues promptly.
– Utilize SQL for data reporting and analysis to support client needs.
