With a focus on problem-solving and quality service, Quaint Mettle Energy takes pride in delivering top-notch fuel products regularly.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administration Assistant at Quaint Mettle Energy in Waltloo Pretoria. The Sales Administration Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as order management, communication with customers, providing high levels of accuracy in invoicing, and other administrative duties to support the sales team.QualificationsOrder Management, Invoicing, and High Level Of Accuracy skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Sage Accounting softwareExperience in sales support or administrative rolesAbility to work well in a team and independentlyKnowledge of the petroleum industry is a plus.Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
