Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS

  • All round senior experience in marketing management 
  • Communication and people management skills need to be of a high standard with strong emotional intelligence
  • Deadline driven environment requiring experience to be solutions driven in a high-pressure global FMCG enterprise

DUTIES

  • Relationships management with of distribution teams and inhouse executives
  • Develop brand strategy for the regions market ensuring everything is aligned with multiple stakeholders
  • Marketing management working with Distribution Teams establishing brand planning for deadlines in order to drive best performance in SA market
  • Engage with business managers ensuring timing is ad hearing to from all perspectives
  • Sign off on marketing brand strategies
  • Execute and drive commercial and brand equity results
  • Manage marketing brand cohesion and consistency and Activation excellence
  • Analyse marketing results driving improvement and supply Best Practice excellence to the region
  • Alongside the Market Director, evaluate competitive activity and performance in the market-place 
  • Create initiatives for smaller brands
  • Support day-to-day marketing Distributor brand managers across the portfolio
  • Ensure that distributor presentations and reports meet company standards 

Salary:

R negotiable dependent on experience
