Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the motorcycles on offer.
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience at all times.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and out rides.
- Meet and exceed motorcycle sales targets.
- Advise and upsell on finance, insurance, and accessories.
Minimum
Requirements:
- National Certificate (Grade 12)
- Valid Motorcycle License (Non-negotiable)
- Proven track record in sales success
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in motorcycle sales (although not essential)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement
Essential Competencies:
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- Self-driven and goal-oriented
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
- Strong communication skills
- Effective selling skills
