Job Summary

Duties:

General Admin – Outputs

  • Cash sales
  • Admin assistant to Branch supervisor
  • Quotations
  • Transport / deliveries
  • Back-up when branch supervisor is out the office
  • General administration
  • Typing and control of certificates and control procedures
  • Switchboard/receptionist
  • Filing and retrieving of all documents and scanning, printing and copying functions
  • Perform any adhoc duties when requested to

Financial Outputs:

  • Do banking – Check cash box, do documents, sign off docs
  • Prepare daily deposits reports
  • Dealing with debtors
  • Distribute POD as requested to customers

Material Management – Output:

  • Stock count admin in SAP
  • Submit final reports to branch/regional manager

Purchasing:

  • Process all purchase requisitions
  • Reconcile all vendor invoices
  • Expedite all purchase orders
  • Attend to invoice discrepancies with vendors.

Salary between R 14 600.00 and R 18 000.00 p/m
