Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract management strategies to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Review and analyse contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to departments on contractual obligations and risk management.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to address complex contract issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Train and mentor the contracts team to foster professional development and ensure high-quality contract management.
- Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts and related documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact contract management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in contract management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
