Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a branch unit manager for the Northern Cape Region, based in Kimberley.The manager will be responsible for leading a team of automotive machinists, mechanics and project coordinators in the day-to-day activities of the branch, managing projects, managing key customers, integrating software solutions, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.RequirementsN2 Trade related subjects, or 5 years as qualified ArtisanRecognized Trade test certificate. Diesel MechanicProficient in English & Afrikaans language.Minimum of 5 years workshop Manager experienceUnderstanding of mining machinery and Motor EngineeringGood computer skills required Auto-plan and MicrosoftVast knowledge of electrical and motor engineeringMust be able to manage a team effectively.Lives in Kimberley or willing to relocateSales and Customer Service ExperienceWell versed in Afrikaans and EnglishExperience and/or qualification in the automotive industry is a non-negotiable requirement Urgent Placement!
