Job Summary
At least 2 – 4 years` experience is required in the following:
- Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation
- Working under immense pressure
- Adherence to very strict turnaround times
- Liaison with banks and debtors
- Liaison with the Sheriff offices and other role players
Other
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Administratively strong
- Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in working on Excalibur, OCS and DM11 will be an advantage
