Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Ensure finished products meet quality, consumer expectations, and delivery schedules.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews to align short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
- Motivate and coach teams to achieve production targets.
- Maintain a legally compliant, safety-first culture, targeting zero accidents.
- Proactively manage risks and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- Implement workforce development programs to optimize resource flexibility and allocation.
- Focus on material availability, quality control, and on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and tailored training for individual and team growth.
- Ensure succession planning and foster employee engagement in improvement initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and control costs, reducing waste and improving efficiency.
- Review performance and support timely new product launches aligned with business goals.
- Partner with engineering, R&D, and technical teams to ensure machinery reliability and drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or a related field.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to engage and energize teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, and resilience in achieving results.
- Courage, integrity, and trust-building to lead change and foster collaboration.
- Proven experience leading manufacturing teams and cross-functional projects.
Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, including TPM and change management.
