Job Summary
Job Description:
- Lead the development of mechanical designs, project scopes, and specifications for industries including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food production, manufacturing, and water/wastewater treatment.
- Coordinate and manage project teams to ensure deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are successfully met.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and related processes to maintain efficient project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers regarding technical discussions, project updates, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare purchase specifications, bills of quantities, and evaluate tender submissions.
- Manage contractor oversight, including drafting, procurement, and construction phases.
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management.
- Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, and CIDB contract types.
- Strong knowledge of OHSA regulations and applications.
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office suite.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management adv
- Professional Registration adv
