Job Summary
Job Summary: The Director of Strategy & Business Development will play a critical role in shaping and executing the long-term vision of the organization. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and execution of business strategies, identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, the Director will work to develop innovative solutions that enhance organizational efficiency, profitability, and market presence. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (required). MBA or advanced degree in Strategy, Business Development, or related discipline (preferred). Experience: 8-10 years of experience in business development, strategy, or corporate planning, with a proven track record of successful business growth initiatives, particularly within the KSA market. Experience in managing high-level strategic partnerships and negotiations. Strong leadership experience and understanding of cross-functional team collaboration. Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Financial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data. Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business intelligence tools. Attributes: Visionary leadership with a focus on long-term success. Results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet business objectives. Innovative, adaptable to change, and proactive in seeking new opportunities. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
