Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Grow the Value of New Business Implement and maintain a sales strategic plan, to ensure that the team meets its set targets Monitoring of collection persistence Oversee the teams management of business retention Give technical support and motivation to representatives Coach representatives on improving their selling skills Manage recruitment, development, and maintenance of the team Manage the onboarding of Quality Brokers and Financial Advisors position Ensure brokers are equipped with sufficient office documentation e.g. application forms Handle administration queries on behalf of dedicated brokers Manage the supervision of Financial Advisors Oversee that the rendering of the financial services is conducted in accordance to FAIS Manage Compliance of the impacting legislation within the team Manage the complaints resolution process Manage the quality assurance process Prepare performance reports for Regional Monthly Sales meetings Participation in Regional Sales meetings Qualification FSCA recognized Degree TECHNICAL/LEGAL CERTIFICATION Regulatory Examination Level 5: Representatives Regulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individuals 120 credits on NQF level 5 EXPERIENCE 1-year relevant Management experience 2 years of Financial services experience
