Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads (100 calls a day), creating and driving own leads and converting them into sales. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Customer Needs Analysis: Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable Rentoza subscription solutions. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Rentozas product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system. Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections effectively, ensuring a positive interaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights and improve sales strategies. Additional
Requirements:
Retail or Debt Collection Experience: Previous experience in retail or debt collection is advantageous. Drive and Collect Leads: Ability to proactively source and follow up on potential leads. Aggressive Sales Approach: A go-getter attitude with a strong focus on closing deals. Customer-Centric Mindset: Committed to delivering value and building trust with clients. Hunter Profile: Energetic and proactive in seeking out new opportunities. Commission-Based Motivation: Comfortable with a commission-driven structure and motivated to exceed targets. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a customer service environment is an advantage. Matric Certificate.
