Job Summary
What Youll Do Strategize for Success: Develop and execute compelling digital media strategies that align with our business goals and captivate our target audience Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, and oversee engaging content across websites and social media platforms. Stay Ahead of Trends: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine targeting Ad Campaign Excellence: Manage and optimize paid campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, and programmatic advertising, ensuring maximum ROI Collaborate & Negotiate: Work with media agencies and secure the best deals for digital advertising, from display to native and social ads SEO/SEM Expertise: Optimize website content and search engine visibility through advanced SEO and SEM strategies. Analyze & Optimize: Leverage tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven improvements Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital initiatives are aligned with our brands values and guidelines What You Bring A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5 years of experience in digital marketing and media roles In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, display advertising, programmatic, and social media marketing Proven expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively Strong written and verbal communication abilities to engage diverse audiences A creative mindset paired with technical know-how to craft impactful campaigns Familiarity with digital media buying processes and up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends Although you may not meet all the requirements needed, please still consider sending through your CV as we have many roles available and could possibly find another great opportunity for you Contact Selandea McGuinness on
