Job Summary
Description:
Hire Resolve`s Client is currently looking for a Resident Engineer (2.13.1) to join their mining company based in Limpopo.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all engineering activities to ensure the efficient operation of the Business Area.
- Guaranteeing that equipment is maintained according to established standards.
- Ensuring the establishment and compliance with operating and maintenance procedures.
- Enhancing functional practices to contribute to the performance of the operational area.
- Driving the achievement of operational goals and targets by focusing on function optimization with cross-functional support.
- Developing and implementing a planned maintenance strategy.
- Assisting operational teams in using and maintaining mechanized and automated machinery fleets.
- Planning and executing projects within the designated area of responsibility.
- Overseeing the upkeep of both on-site and off-site infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- GCC Mines & Works
- 5 years` experience as an Engineer post GCC.
- Extensive experience in overseeing and maintaining infrastructure and utilities to support seamless operations and functionality.
- Experience in TMM Workshop Management
- Valid Driver`s License
