We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our clients team. The Sales Coordinator will assist the sales team in managing and coordinating sales activities, including customer inquiries, order processing, and sales reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and providing product information
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns
Coordinate with other departments, such as supply chain and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and promotions
Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in business, marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in sales coordination or related role
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Knowledge of sales principles and practices
