Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Centre Leader with a learning and enthusiastic mindset as follows: Learn the Telesales business Build a Telesales business/sales team Lead a telesales sales team to success with an Ownership mindset Continue to grow the Telesales channel with an Ownership mindset Key
Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience: Start by learning all aspects of the call centre operations. Team management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that teams meet performance and quality standards. Coaching and development: Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to team members. Foster a growth-oriented environment that encourages individual development. Team growth: Identify top talent within the team, promote from within, and help individuals reach their potential. Performance monitoring: Track and report on team performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary to meet company goals. Motivation and Leadership: Create a positive and motivated work environment that drives team engagement and success.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a call centre leadership role Minimum 3 years with proven track record Strong understanding of call centre operations and performance metrics. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Passion for team development, coaching, and motivating others. Goal-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and personal growth.
