Job Summary
- Managed a rental sales contact program for key clients, using SAP CRM to maintain accurate client data.
- Conducted market and customer research to align products with client needs and support sales strategies.
- Promoted the brand through effective use of demonstration vehicles and marketing initiatives.
- Monitored competitor fleet activity and developed strategic recommendations to stay competitive.
- Negotiated with rental fleet owners to secure incremental vehicle sales and support business growth.
- Supported product launches and acted as a key liaison between customers, dealers, and internal divisions.
- Contributed to the development of micro-rental sales policies and rental sales package guidelines.
- Analyzed customer feedback to recommend vehicle specification changes and improve offerings.
- Resolved technical and aftersales issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinated and evaluated micro-rental sales programs and dealer performance in corporate sales.
- Strengthened relationships between the dealer network and rental customers to drive new business.
- Collaborated with regional sales managers to optimize sales efforts and outcomes.
- Led corporate sales-related projects to enhance departmental operations and relationships with FML companies.
Qualification Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification, preferably in Marketing and/or Sales
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail/marketing
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing of vehicles
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales experience in the Automotive industry
