• Matric or NQF Level 3
• Postgraduate certificate, diploma, or degree in Administration or a related field would be an advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Administrator or Document Controller in an engineering environment.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 standards is an advantage.
• Knowledge of document revision control principles.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify deviations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent vocabulary.

– Maintaining accurate records of client and internal documentation.
– Ensuring timely submission of project documentation to clients.
– Managing and distributing the Production Schedule.
– Controlling revisions of client documents and QMS system files.
– Coordinating with the project team on pending and overdue quotes/projects.
– Maintaining metadata for all quotations and projects in M-Files.
