Fumba Town, managed by Valor Hospitality Partners, is looking for a Homeowner Liaison Officer to engage with homeowners and promote their participation in our hospitality rental management program, covering both long-term and short-term rentals.
Position will be based in Fumba Town, Zanzibar
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing relationships with homeowners and ensuring they understand the benefits of our program
Coordinating all aspects of their engagement, including inventory package management aligned with brand standards
Handling inquiries professionally and providing exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in estate agency, property rentals, or guest relations
Strong customer service & communication skills
Excellent organizational & problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or property management systems
