• Master’s Degree highly advantageous.
• 5–10+ years of experience managing diverse HR functions.
• Strong understanding of the relevant industry/sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in HR systems, analytics, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and workforce planning capabilities.
• High levels of integrity, ethics, and discretion.
• Fluency in English and Swahili is essential.
• Advantageous Certifications:
  • Professional HR Certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or locally recognized HR qualifications.
  • Membership with HRSTA or ATE is an added advantage.
