Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering mine-site projects from concept to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects across all lifecycle phases
- Control cost, schedule, quality, and risk
- Drive contractor performance and site execution
- Present investment and project updates to Executive level
- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery
Requirements
- Proven mine-site Project Management experience
- Demonstrated delivery from concept, feasibility, execution to commissioning
- Strong experience in process plant projects
- Ability to develop:
- Scope of Work (SOW)
- Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Investment memos for Executive approval
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience across Electrical, Civil, SMPP disciplines
- Full accountability for end-to-end project delivery
