• ISO 9001:2015 implementation & internal auditing.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in an office environment.
• Proven experience as an administrator.
• At least 2 years’ experience implementing ISO 9001 (advantageous).
• Experience with DNV, Lloyd’s, or BV certification bodies (advantageous).
• Exposure to steel fabrication (advantageous).
• Exposure to offshore oil and gas (advantageous).

 – Establish, implement, follow, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 management system processes and procedures.
– Report system performance and improvement needs to top management.
– Demonstrate strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements.
– Promote a positive attitude towards certification.
– Act as the communication link with the certification body (DNV).
– Ensure ISO 9001 compliance through annual third-party and periodic client audits.
– Facilitate client audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformances and improvement actions.
– Migrate the Namibian Quality Management System into an independent, locally tailored framework.
– Strengthen quality assurance through NCR management, training, and procedural guidance.
