Job Description
Commercial and Passenger Service Manager
- Report to: General Manager
- Seniority Level: Management
- Location: Port Sudan
- Type: Permanent (Year on year fixed term contract)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising the service department, managing inventory, and assisting with customer service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies that promote customer acquisition and retention for all brands.
- Preparing budget actions for the next financial sales in line with management guidelines.
- Coordinating service department operations to achieve targets.
- Implementing operational guidelines and ensuring compliance and minimal risks exposure.
- Supervising workshop arrangement and cleanliness for efficiency.
- Running service orders and managing credit accounts for service revenues.
- Updating reports, customer databases, and visual control boards.
- Managing security of warehouse operations
