Floral Design & Arrangement:- Create innovative floral arrangements for various occasions- Maintain consistency with the shops aesthetic and customer preferences.Inventory Management:- Monitor stock levels of fresh flowers, greenery, and supplies.- Assist with ordering flowers and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.Shop Maintenance:- Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing.- Ensure flowers are stored and cared for properly to maintain quality and freshness.Sales & Order Fulfillment:- Process in-store, online, and phone orders accurately and efficiently.- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of floral arrangements.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role.- Strong creative and artistic skills.- Excellent Interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.- Knowledge of flower care, handling, and storage techniques.- Willingness to learn.- A team player with a positive attitude.
