Job Summary

Qualifications 

  • Matric

Requirements 

  • Experience in doing invoices accurately and in detail 
  • Board and Timber industry (Advantage) 
  • Garage doors/ motors industry (Advantage) 
  • Must be Computer Literate (MS Office & Syspro)
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English 
  • Must be very accurate in working out pricing 
  • Must be very accurate converting from m2 / m3 working out of pricing in m2 and m3 

Duties 

  • Answering incoming emails and phone calls
  • Process customer quotations 
  • Process customer purchase orders, delivery notes and invoicing 
  • Attend to customer queries and walk in`s 
  • Communicate with accounts department with regards to customer special requests for delivery 
  • Communicate with buying department with regards to customer special order or pricing 
  • Ensure that all quotes and purchase orders are processed within the specified times 
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork is submitted
  • Manage stock outs and filling of invoices, delivery notes etc. 
  • Internal transfers of stock 
  • Bundle tags print outs
