About the Role
As Floor Manager at Craven Cottage CC’s restaurant, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest relations and driving sales and profit objectives. You will supervise and direct associates in daily work activities, maintain good customer and public relations, and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for FOH duties and ensuring excellent guest relations
- Helping the restaurant meet service, sales, and profit objectives
- Supervising and directing associates in daily work activities
- Ensuring proper training of employees
- Maintaining good customer and public relations
- Ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Managing Daily Operations and POS functions
- Check Inventory, order FOH Supplies
- Inspect Open & Close restaurant in accordance with daily checklists
- Enforce Company Policies and Procedures with Cash handling & reconciliation
Requirements
- Grade 12
- At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in a guest facing FOH position
- Ability to multitask, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics;
- Self-starter, flexible, and able to work independently
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff
