About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Atlantic Aluminium in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our reputation for quality and reliability in the building industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building/construction industry.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and product consultations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale.
- Follow up on quotes and close deals effectively.
- Oversee installation team progress to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries or concerns.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales (relevant experience preferred in aluminum or construction).
- Strong technical understanding of aluminum windows, doors, and glass products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to read building plans and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (if applicable).
- Relevant sales experience in the aluminum industry (preferred).
