About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Solar Technician to join our client’s growing team. As a key member of the solar panel installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain solar PV systems according to established standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair solar system faults and issues.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and prepare reports on energy production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve operational goals.
- Provide excellent customer service support to clients regarding solar energy solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solar Technician or similar role.
- Certification or training in solar technology or related fields.
- Strong understanding of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Valid drivers license is preferred.
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required for this role. However, relevant experience and training in solar technology are essential.
