Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional Host to join a luxury boutique hotel in Ballito. This role is ideal for a guest-focused individual who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment, where excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with front-of-house and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Assist with special requests and guest requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality is preferred.
