About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join a luxury boutique hotel in Ballito. As a skilled culinary professional with a proven background in high-end hospitality, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution, while leading and mentoring junior kitchen staff to ensure a professional and efficient team.
